How nice that my exam end at 9/11 (one day before my mom's bday!)
Right after I came back home, I started baking mom's present (LOL) - Tiramisu Cake
Actually is not that hard to bake it, just that U need the right recipe and timing for mixing the batter
Well, since is my 1st try and I insisted that I wanna bake it by myself so Mom just stand aside to be my supervisor~
The hardest is the icing part =.= It turned into like a mud cake
Well, finally Mom still helped me to save the cake .___.
( If not the cake won't look that nice XD)
My aunt and her husband came to our house to celebrate :)
They praised that the cake is better than last time! Of course la! This time the baker is ME! XD
Besides, I used all my heart to bake it *wink*
Anyway, U can't buy this from any bakery shop~ inside this cake there's at least 4 kinds of liquor and also Brandy ( Cool, huh? :D)
